Adelaide Zoo
This program for kindergarten students is to develop their interest in native Australian animals. Once the teachers have made a booking they receive a resource pack including fact sheets, song ideas, craft activities, an itinerary for their visit to the zoo and booklets to help adult helpers on their zoo visit. On the day, the class will also receive a hand-on 30-minute lesson by an education officer including close-ups with native animals.
Kindergarten classes (4 and 5 year olds only).
AU$20 per class + student entry.

Fliers sent to all kindergartens/CPC’s and childcare centres.
One full-time staff member to develop resource packs and facilitate lessons.
Animals for close-ups in lesson. Classroom/sheltered area.
