The Human Resources Specialist Advisory Group has been developed to provide an opportunity to develop consistent human resource strategies to deal with common objectives faced by all Association member institutions and to share ideas, and knowledge across the region.
The following areas have been tabled as areas of focus and will become the basis for this year's action plan:
- Recruitment and selection process
- Retention of staff
- Leadership development
Membership Eligibility: Membership to the Human Resources Specialist Advisory Group is open to Full Individual Association members and people working in member zoos and aquariums.
